We are dedicated to supporting you through these times of crisis.
We will come out stronger, together.
We are, like everybody around the world, extremely concerned with the humanitarian and economic crises caused by the spread of Covid-19, and we are dedicated to protecting the health and safety of our employees and their families and our partners worldwide.
It is our daily routine at Establishment Labs to work with plastic surgeons in more than 80 countries with our unwavering commitment to Women’s Health.
I wanted to share with you how we are addressing the current situation and the proactive steps we are taking to minimize any negative repercussions to the realization of our vision and mission.
We are here to help
There are a number of measures we’re taking to ensure we manage to safely get through this situation while continuing to serve our stakeholders effectively.
For our customers, we are here to support you and look forward to ensuring your needs and the needs of our patients continue to be met and we want to assure you our distribution centers worldwide continue to be operational and Motiva Implants will continue to be available.
We have adjusted our inventory levels to make sure we can continue to offer the best level of service to our customers without disruption. We encourage you to connect to our website and social media channels for the latest news and updates regarding our programs for medical education and patient education. You will also find guidelines to keep yourself, your patients and your families safe.
We are all about safety
For our employees whose positions enable them to do so, we’ve asked them to begin working from home starting March 16th, and we have banned all non-essential travel until May 31, 2020. Further we have asked for all employees to self-monitor and for those with symptoms or family members with symptoms to seek medical attention and quarantine themselves for 14 days. But we recognize that not all employees have the ability to work remotely. For our employees whose work involves our distribution and manufacturing operations, we have implemented increased preventative measures based on the World Health Organization guidelines, including increased cleaning protocols and screening prior to entrance to our site.
This is a complicated and rapidly evolving situation that reminds all of us that we have a collective responsibility to take care of each other. As a Women’s Health company, Establishment Labs, has always and will continue to take care of our customers, patients, employees and families.
Yours sincerely,
